Action
Exciting the coil, field attracts armature beyond spring force, and then the produced gap makes inner-disc free. When the power is shut off, armature is released and inner-disc produces braking torque with spring force. VBN type electromagnetic brake
Merits
･ Quiet ： Protected from running vibrating noise.
･ Many variations ： Applicable from general use to inverter used motors.
･ Environmental ： Asbestin free material is used.
･ Maintenance free ： Long time adjustment free, as low wear friction material used.
･ Strong body ： Mechanical life is 2milion times. (1milion for model 55/80)
･ Heat radiation ： High heat radiation and frequent braking for large friction disc.
･ Compacted power unit ： Compacted power unit can be selected.
